Towers.net featured the second phase of the Waterloo Greenway plan, The Confluence, which broke ground May 3rd. This next phase will create a linear urban park along the path of Waller Creek through downtown Austin. This $75 million plan created by Waterloo Greenway in partnership with with the City of Austin, will transform approximately 13 acres along the creek from Fourth Street south to the creek’s outlet at Lady Bird Lake near the Rainey Street District.
