Skills/Experience:
Communication is our most important asset. As a prerequisite for consideration, candidate must be skilled at verbal, visual/non-verbal, interpersonal and written communication. In addition to communication skills, the following are skill sets we are seeking:
Demonstrated design process experience and proficiency required (university or professional examples)
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the documentation process of a construction drawing set
Project management experience a plus
Public Speaking and Presentation experience a plus
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of both Public and Private Projects
Local permitting knowledge is a plus
Bidding and Contract Management is a plus
Computer proficiency is important, knowledge of key programs is a plus:
Basecamp or other collaborative software: trello/slack/asana/etc
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
Sketch-Up
Rhino
Revit
AutoCad
Bluebeam
Ajera
PlanGrid
Pencil, paper, glue (options are endless)
