The dwg.-designed landscape connects five separate office buildings with two parking garages and complements the existing two buildings, all of which serve a large tech tenant.
Due to the immersive nature of the owner, builder and consultant team's design-build process, dwg. was tasked with providing a fast-tracked design and documentation process and full-time construction observation services throughout the heavily-compressed construction timeline. This highly innovative LEED-Gold project features a robust commitment to water use reduction, native and adapted planting, exemplary use of soil volumetrics and custom soil mix designs. The site is irrigated from an off-grid 657,000 gallon cistern supplied solely by rainwater collection and condensate recovery systems.
