Bailey grew up in the foothills of the Organ Mountains in southern New Mexico, where she learned to appreciate the beauty that can be found in the simple, subtle things. In addition to a minimalist desert aesthetic and a connection to the natural world, her work as a graphic designer is informed by years of experience in multiple creative disciplines. She earned a Bachelors in Studio Art from Southwestern University in Georgetown, followed by a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and practiced landscape design in award-winning firms across the country before shifting her creative focus to graphic design.

Her experience in various design fields has fueled her love of problem solving, collaborative and cross-disciplinary design, and finding the balance between the conceptual and the practical. She brings beauty, order, and clarity to visual communication, and focuses on getting all the details just right.
