Karolina Malecha
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT | UK
Karolina is a landscape architect with over a decade of international experience, dedicated to creating sustainable, resilient environments that strengthen the connection between people and nature. Growing up in a small town in Poland surrounded by natural landscapes shaped her early understanding of ecological systems and sparked a lasting passion for plants that continues to guide her work.
She moved to London to pursue new opportunities, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture from the University of Greenwich and beginning her career on a variety of urban projects. Her professional journey later took her back to Poland and later to Germany, broadening her perspective through exposure to diverse landscapes, design cultures, and methodologies.
Her portfolio includes residential schemes, parks, small public open spaces, and large-scale urban developments, including contributions to planting design for one of the world’s largest emerging urban parks in Saudi Arabia. Outside of work, she balances life with a toddler and enjoys exploring ceramics as a creative practice.
