Growing up in a small town near the Loire River in France—surrounded by both natural and meticulously designed landscapes—was a foundational experience for Marine. After beginning her creative studies in fine arts, she earned Bachelor and Master Degrees in Design of Spaces at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Lyon. Her love of British culture led her from France to the UK, where she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture from Birmingham City University.

Marine’s experience in the UK took her from the historically industrial city of Birmingham, to the sheep-laced fields of Wales, to the global urban center of London. In addition to her international background, her exposure to this wide spectrum of environments greatly influences her approach to landscape architecture. Through her work, she aims to restore balance to harsh and hostile urban environments, creating restorative and engaging spaces in which people can truly enjoy being.

She continues to be inspired by new environments and experiences, and currently resides in Valencia, Spain. When she’s not working, you will find Marine enjoying the shade of the massive trees at Turia Park, one of the largest urban parks in Spain, with her family.
