Shannon Rogers
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Shannon brings extensive experience across a wide range of project types and roles, both in the office and in the field. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, thoughtful construction detailing, and the delivery of clear, well-coordinated plans are central to her practice as a landscape architect. She enjoys thinking a few steps ahead, anticipating construction, maintenance, and plant performance realities to support a smoother installation and a thriving, resilient landscape.
She earned her B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Davis, and began her career in California before relocating to Austin in 2016. Prior to joining dwg., her work included stewardship-driven projects in Central Texas’s Hill Country region, helping to shape landscapes that enhance ecological health and enrich the human experience outdoors.
Outside of work, Shannon welcomes any excuse to show off her home landscape. When she’s not giving impromptu tours of her “garden victories,” you might find her at barre, cooking from her favorite recipe book, or mountain biking neighborhood single-track with family.
